“Couldn’t have imagined a better experience.”
“My wife and I were recently relocated from Los Angeles to Atlanta and once we’d sold our California home, we needed help to find the right place in Atlanta. That’s where we met Ross.
We were introduced firstly via phone by good friends of ours who’d also relocated from California to Georgia, and they’d said we had to speak with Ross. And from the first conversation we had, Ross was very professional, confident, and communicated everything we needed with ease. Within a week, we’d planned to visit Georgia on a mini trip to scout out properties and locations, of which Ross had already planned multiple properties to see.
We met in person for the first time and within minutes, we felt like we’d known him for years. We had a great working relationship and had a blast checking out locations and the surrounding areas. After many great places, we finally found the perfect home and Ross made sure that we’d get our offer accepted.
Ross exceeded expectations throughout the entire buying process and was incredibly thorough throughout every stage. He was an ally, friend and advisor and helped us navigate a difficult time to buy a house. We felt like we were constantly “ahead of the curve” in every step of the process, which was entirely due to Ross’ thoroughness and dedication. We always knew he had us covered.
We couldn’t have imagined a better experience and would certainly refer Ross to other people moving forward.”

“My go-to resource.”
”I have worked with Ross several times over the last 5+ years as both a seller and a buyer. As a former real estate professional in both New York and Los Angeles, I can confidently say that Ross’ engagement in the industry is far and above the usual part-time looking-to-make-extra-cash agent with limited available attention many of us have encountered and may have been left feeling underserved at best. Ross has been my go-to resource not only for my real estate needs, but also when I want a simple characterization of the different neighborhoods in and around Atlanta and even further out in Georgia. Ross’ ability to zero in on the essence of an area, real-estate know-how and his calm demeanor is why I’ve been enthusiastic about referring several friends and colleagues to him over the years. I know for a fact that those I referred him to have also been happy with his ability to assist them in a variety of transactions involving single family homes in the suburbs, lofts in the city and complicated relocations. I’m confident that I’ll be referring more buyers and sellers to him in the years to come.”

“Dedicated and diligent.”
“As a builder with over 30 years of experience, I have worked with dozens of Realtors over the years. Ross Doyle is a fine individual and a very good Salesperson. He is highly professional, dedicated and diligent in all that he does. Ross is a pleasure to work with and he gets results in a pleasant but persistent manner. I highly recommend Ross as he has done a great job selling 12 homes for me.”

“He is excellent.”
“Thanks to Ross, my husband and I have the perfect house in the perfect location for us! In order to be closer to children and extended family, we moved to the “Marietta area” over a year ago, having no idea how much territory the “area” included, how many different neighborhoods we’d have to sift through, or how rough the market really is. For over 6 months we rented an apartment in a central location between Marietta Square and Roswell. In a state of total bewilderment, we followed online listings, dealt with a realtor whose attention amounted to little more than sending us recommendations from the same sources we consulted daily on our own, and drove to too many listings to count with nothing more in mind really than simply trying to identify a neighborhood or one of the towns in the area to narrow our search. The result—no progress at all and mounting frustration. Then through friends and new acquaintances, we met Ross. Within a few weeks we were well on the way to acquiring our wonderful house.
Given the current market, a few weeks may seem like a purchasing lifetime, but this purchase was not easy. The house was part of an estate in the beginning stages of being settled. We had talked with Ross a couple of times so he could get to know us, to understand what we were looking for, an understanding of how we wanted to narrow the search relative to where family members live, and so on. At every turn Ross was sensitive to our desires, our needs, and our resources. He listened more than a talked, always a sign of a true professional. Ross learned about this house and delved into its history before talking with us about it. We instantly knew the location was perfect for us, but had no confidence that we could get the house because of the estate situation and its being in the hands of an out of state family member.
Ross made it happen. He communicated sensitively and compassionately with the owner, worked closely and honestly with us to determine a fair market offer, and handled all the intricacies of the negotiations that involved cost sharing of some essential repairs. Throughout he kept us updated and encouraged, and he helped us maintain patience. The outcome could not have been better for us or for the family who owned the house. Once the purchase went through, Ross did not abandon us. He provided us with contacts for some of his previous clients who had used local contractors and repairmen so we could have the benefit of word-of-mouth recommendations for the different kinds of work we did in the house. He still checks in on occasion to see how we’re doing, how we like the neighborhood, and just generally how we’re getting settled in the area. Not only did we have an excellent realtor in Ross; we now count him as a new friend. We love the area, the neighborhood, and the community. Without Ross, none of it would have happened. Because of the nature of our careers, we have lived in many cities over the years and worked with a host of realtors. None have ever worked as diligently or sensitively for us as has Ross. He is excellent.”

“Job well done.”
We can't thank Ross enough for all he's done. His expertise and patience, his willingness to challenge the market, and ultimately, his friendship. It's no small feat to set the price at $100k above the last sale in the subdivision. But that's what we did. And it worked. It wouldn't have been possible with the stale attitudes of the agents that have been selling in Oakwind for the past 19 years. 3 of the neighborhood agents asked "why didn't you list with me!?" And my inside voice said " because you're not Ross Doyle; you don't have his mindset." Kudos, Ross! Thank you for everything and job well done.
